The Government Relations Office has submitted, contributed, or convened stakeholders to produce the following key documents and position papers:
To meet its ambitious pledge to reach net zero by 2050, Canada depends on innovation that will shift energy sources from fossil fuel-based to zero-carbon, a determined and skilled workforce and a public policy and regulatory framework that enables widescale transformation.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way the world lives, studies and works. With government support and community and industry partnerships, the University of Toronto and its affiliated researchers have mobilized to support Canada’s efforts to combat and control the virus.
Over the last decade, Canada has benefited greatly from its dynamic rise as an international education destination, with hundreds of thousands of students contributing to the country’s economy during their studies.
