Steps to global trade diversification

Study abroad programs are an important component of Canada’s efforts to diversify its trade relationships, argued the Global Education for Canadians report in 2017. New investments in international education made in the 2019 federal budget show the government heard the report’s urgent warning to build networks and opportunities in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
